This agreement is a legal contract between you and Huizhou Xinzhikai Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company") regarding the use of the HappyLink software ("the Software"). The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use the Software within the scope of the law.
The license covers: installing and using the Software on personal devices; accessing game services and features provided by the Software. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
The Software and all related content, including but not limited to code, icons, audio, visual assets, interface design, copy, and trademarks, are owned by Huizhou Xinzhikai Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and international treaty laws.
Without prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any violation.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Software. You shall not:
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate game services at any time without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to network failures, cyber attacks, or government actions).
If you violate any terms of this agreement, the Company may immediately terminate this license and suspend your account. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
The Company may terminate the service with 30 days' notice based on operational needs. After termination, you will lose access to game data. We recommend regularly backing up important data.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the Company's domicile.
